Shipping
Do you offer bulk discounts?
We sell our products wholesale, and the minimum quantity for ordering is 50 pcs. We also imprint custom logos/embossing on our products. Please contact sales@DIFRwear.com with your requirements.
Orders
How long does it take for the product to be delivered?
Products are shipped via USPS from our fulfillment center in Plymouth, PA between 4 and 10 business days after the order is placed. In the domestic US expect your order in about 3 weeks. For international orders add another week for international shipping.
How are the products shipped?
Our products are shipped via USPS.
I'm leaving on a trip soon, do you provide rush shipping?
Not quite yet, but we are in the process of partnering with Rush Passport inc. to offer our products with expedited shipping. Please check our order page for this option in the near future.
What is postage to…?
Postage is $3 per piece, regardless of destination.
The number which paypal sent shows only “electronic info received”—what does this mean?
For US domestic orders, once our fulfillment center has packed your order, we send a notification to USPS. The “electronic info received” status indicates we have packed your order. It should be shipped out within 2 business days after this status.
I got something different than what I ordered, how do I get the right order?
Our apologies, please send an email to orders@DIFRwear.com with details, and we'll make sure you get the right product.

How thick is the wallet without anything in it?
About 5mm
I count six card slots (4 on the right hand side, 2 on the flap), excluding the exterior compartment; are there any additional slots underneath the flap?
No, there are no additional slots underneath the flap. The flap compartment can hold several cards along with the flap.
I'd like to see the product in a store, do any brick and mortar retailers carry your product?

What are the items made out of?
Our products are made out of genuine leather (unless otherwise specified… i.e. vinyl)
I have a special passport with additional visa pages, will your product fit it?
Yes, our pockets fit all US issued passports, while snug, the passport will fit.
Is the main pocket of the black leather wallet separated by a single partition (has two dollar-sized pockets? I cannot tell by looking at the photos on the website.
Yes, our wallet is separated by a single partition.
Do your wallets have a compartment for holding coins?
No our wallets are designed only to hold bills.
Where is the layer of RF shielding mentioned? Does this line the entire wallet? Same goes for the passport case?
The layer of RF shielding is in the outermost layer of our products. It covers the entire wallet or passport case. Your RFID cards are safe as long as you close the wallet.

Are your vinyl products vegan friendly?
Yes
What testing have your products been through? How do I know they will protect me?
In addition to our own RF attenuation testing, our products have been certified by the US government as Electromagnetically opaque sleeves (FIPS 201, GSA).
